At Hunar Computer Institute of Technology, we strive to offer high-quality computer education, typing test modules, and online test series. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. General Refund Terms (Digital Courses & Test Series)

  • Digital Content & Instant Access: All course purchases, online mock test series, typing test access plans, and downloadable PDF study notes are digital products. Once access is granted to your dashboard, course fees and subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • No Half-Way Refunds: No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued if a student decides to discontinue a course or test series midway after purchasing.

2. Exceptions & Payment Issues

  • Duplicate or Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails or your money is deducted twice due to a technical server error, the extra amount will be automatically verified and refunded to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Technical Inaccessibility: If you purchase a course or test series and are unable to access the content due to a technical glitch on our website, our technical team will prioritize your issue and provide full support to resolve it as quickly as possible.

3. Promotional Codes & Offers

  • Discount Coupons: Any discount codes, coupon codes, or promotional offers applied during purchase carry no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit refunds.

  • Special Batches: Fees for discounted promotional schemes or festive offers are strictly non-refundable.

4. Policy Abuse & Account Suspension

  • Misuse of Platform: If an account is suspended or banned due to policy violations (such as sharing login credentials, using automated bots for typing tests, or attempting to copy course material), the student will forfeit all rights to request a refund.
